As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in the success of our rapidly growing B2B business. Joining the Commercial Analytics team, you will contribute innovative insights and leverage analytical strategies to uncover revenue opportunities and optimize commercial performance. Your focus will include evaluating performance drivers, analyzing production trends, and providing actionable recommendations, all while collaborating with global teams across Technology, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Machine Learning.

As you gain an understanding of partner business models, supply dynamics, and market trends, you will work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex problems, build innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth of an international team. The ideal candidate will combine analytical and technical expertise with commercial acumen, solid communication skills, and a passion for technology, trading performance analysis, and travel.

In This Role You Will

  • Conduct detailed analyses to uncover performance drivers, delivering actionable insights and quantifying their impact on partner growth and revenue
  • Develop dashboards and performance metrics to provide real-time insights and enable data-driven decisions
  • Perform end-to-end analyses and identify revenue opportunities
  • Present complex analyses and recommendations to stakeholders, bridging data insights with business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams, including Analytics, Data Science, and Machine Learning, to drive innovation and optimize business performance



Experience and Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of analytical experience in a data-rich commercial environment, such as online travel, e-commerce, or banking
  • A proactive, curious, and creative mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of statistical methods and their application to real-world commercial challenges
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets using tools like SQL, R, or similar languages
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, with a talent for crafting clear and impactful dashboards

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $112,000.00 to $156,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
