The Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity (TSI) team is responsible for identifying and preventing abuse to protect our customers and brand owners worldwide. Our growth demands leaders who are fast-moving, entrepreneurial, tenacious, and capable of solving complex problems. The Sales Abuse Prevention team within TSI develops policies, tools, and technological innovations to prevent unfair and illegitimate business practices that could harm customers.

We seek an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with SAP leadership on critical, high-impact projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing a trustworthy buying experience and supporting brand owners and selling partners in successfully listing and selling their products on Amazon. Responsibilities include conducting deep dives into weekly reports and working with the Risk Management team to refine rules and queries for complex investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with business leaders across Product, Program, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Tech to translate seller feedback and data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to leverage the best data for analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide data analysis and advise on additional data resources.
• Deep dive into projects, working with engineers to develop mechanisms for ongoing inspection and influence organizational direction.
• Apply a working backwards approach and product ownership mindset to continuously enhance services and analyses for the SAP/TSI organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in business or financial analysis, product costing, procurement, or a related quantitative role.
• 3+ years of SQL query writing and BI report creation using Tableau or Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience defining requirements and deriving insights from data and metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
• Over 5 years managing data-driven analysis projects, including dashboard creation and enabling self-service data access.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA degree.
