Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial AI Product Owner, to lead transforming advanced analytics into durable AI-powered solutions that accelerate commercial decision-making across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with BI&T, Data Science, and engineering teams to deliver production‑grade analytics platforms, dashboards, and autonomous insights for Marketing, Field, and Market Access stakeholders, enabling ongoing, platform‑enabled decision intelligence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, statistics, CS, econometrics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma commercial analytics or decision science.
• Experience with causal inference and uplift modeling.
• Proven experience launching agentic AI solutions (multi-agent systems, LLMs).
• Experience embedding AI analytics platforms into enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product lifecycle from PoC to rollout and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional pods, manage roadmaps, backlogs, and releases.
• Integrate decision-science outputs into planning, CRM, and omnichannel workflows via APIs.
• Develop governance dashboards for model health, adoption, SLAs, drift, and auditability.
• Promote governance, privacy, and ethical standards across platforms.
