Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a seasoned Director to lead the Commercialization Data & AI Transformation, building a program office, guiding hiring across 40 roles globally, and delivering migration milestones with vendor transitions.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will own hiring plan execution, manage budgets, coordinate across Platform Engineering, AI/ML & Analytics, product and transparency teams, and scale the program to achieve multi-year savings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program leadership, chief of staff, or operations leadership, including at least 5+ years in a people leadership capacity.
• Proven track record owning outcomes across hiring, vendor management, and technical delivery in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication skills and credibility with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transformation Program Office for Commercialization Data & AI, spanning ~40 hires globally with ~$10M in annual savings.
• Own hiring plan execution across the full organization and unblock blockers to protect schedule.
• Steer delivery of platform migration milestones and vendor transition commitments; provide strategic feedback at leadership level.
• Assess transformation workstreams and advise on scope expansion, pause, or stop decisions.
• Build and lead a team to support program execution as the organization scales.
