Responsibilities

• Lead the Transformation Program Office for Commercialization Data & AI across ~40 hires globally and $10M in annual savings.
• Own hiring plan execution and resolve blockers threatening schedules.
• Oversee platform migration milestones and vendor transition commitments; influence delivery strategy.
• Assess transformation workstreams and advise on scope, pause, or stop decisions; escalate risks.
• Build and lead a team to support program execution as the organization scales.
