Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial AI Product Owner to transform advanced analytics into scalable, AI-powered solutions that accelerate commercial decision-making.

You will lead cross-functional teams across BI&T, Data Science, and analytics to deliver production-grade analytics platforms and automation for Marketing, Field, and Market Access stakeholders. You will guide multi-agent AI development, govern data & privacy, and drive adoption of decision

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on pharma commercial analytics or decision science.
• Proficiency with causal inference and uplift modeling techniques.
• Experience launching agentic AI solutions and scalable analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentic MMx Platform strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead cross-functional pods across BI&T, Data Science, and analytics teams.
• Collaborate to deliver analytics-ready datasets, feature stores and dashboards.
• Governance, safety, privacy, and explainability across AI products.
• Oversee lifecycle from proof-of-concept to rollout and continuous optimization.
