Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Reserving Manager for a remote US role. You will lead and train actuarial staff, manage consultants, and guide reserve analytics for key commercial lines, with strong emphasis on leadership and client relationships.

The role reports to senior leadership, involves mentoring analysts, and coordinating risk and reserves across multiple business partners, with travel as needed for enterprise meetings.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with teams in a professional setting.
• Strong actuarial analysis background for personal or commercial lines.
• Sound decision-making and motivational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Communicates reserve results and analysis to senior leaders.
• Drives process improvements across the team.
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal/external clients.
• Manages and trains Actuarial Analysts; oversees project completion.
• Oversees recruitment, performance appraisals and staff development.
