Responsibilities

Lead monthly booking and quarterly reserve reviews.
Communicate reserve results to senior leaders.
Drive process improvements across the team.
Provide training and guidance to Analysts/Consultants.
Oversee project completion within deadlines.
Recruiting and developing actuarial staff and managing HR functions.
