Aurora is hiring a Project Manager for Command Center Operations in Coppell, TX. You will independently lead cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance and support Aurora’s commercial operations.

Translate complex needs into structured plans, align stakeholders across Operations, Product, Engineering, Safety, and more, and drive initiatives from problem definition to adoption in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Safety‑focused and operationally minded with systems thinking.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and dependencies.
• Strong problem‑solving, judgment, and communication skills.
• Understanding of development operations and commercial impact.
• Experience using data, dashboards, or reporting tools to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex projects from definition through implementation with scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Balance priorities, resources, and cross‑functional dependencies to meet business objectives.
• Use metrics and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Safety, and others.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and propose tradeoffs to leadership.
• Develop scalable processes and operating mechanisms for reliability and readiness.
• Drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and capabilities with planning and training.
• Provide leadership with progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes; promote continuous improvement.
