Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Workplace Manager to own the site and employee experience across our Spark and colocation data center network. This is a fully remote role with travel up to 50% (including international), requiring residence near Dallas, TX or Denver, CO, and coordinating with a distributed team.

You will partner with the broader Workplace, Construction, Facilities, Operations, and Security teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and deliver hospitality-focused experiences for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or site operations, across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Lead buildout of the Colocation & Spark workplace program with standards, service levels, and mobilization playbooks
• Own day-to-day workplace operations across the portfolio with remote monitoring and reporting
• Manage vendor and landlord relationships, serve as primary contact for facilities and contract performance
• Own the workplace budget, including forecasting and cost optimization
• Deliver strong site and employee experiences for dispersed teams, coordinating travel as needed
• Contribute to Crusoe’s People and Workplace strategy for a distributed footprint
• Ensure hospitality-caliber visitor experiences at every site for executives, guests, and new hires
• Own food, beverage, and office amenities programs remotely across locations
• Hire and develop the Colocation & Spark Workplace Coordinator team across countries
• Travel to sites to support executive and client visits with pre-planned logistics
