You will collaborate with parts and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs, maintain digital records, and uphold customer satisfaction with clear updates throughout the repair journey.

• Demonstrated ability to write quality estimates and manage supplements in a modern collision center.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities, including a polished phone presence.
• Strong emotional intelligence to stay calm and professional with clients in stressful situations.
• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills to handle numerous open repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Evaluation: Perform detailed inspections on damaged autos to identify issues.
• Repair Planning: Craft detailed estimates following OEM and insurance carrier requirements.
• Insurance Coordination: Liaise with adjusters, discuss repair expenses, upload images, and file supplements.
• Client Communication: Guide vehicle owners through the repair lifecycle with progress reports at pickup.
• Shop Collaboration: Coordinate with Parts Department and Body Shop Foreman to ensure parts availability.
• Administrative Compliance: Maintain digital records and required paperwork per standards.
