Job summary

OC Automotive Resources is seeking an Estimator for the Body Shop to assess vehicle damage and generate accurate repair estimates. You will inspect vehicles, prepare detailed repair plans, and communicate with customers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth repairs.

You will work closely with technicians, parts suppliers, and insurance adjusters to ensure quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive-related education preferred.
• 2–3 years estimator experience in auto body shop.
• Familiar with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
• Photograph damage and document vehicle conditions.
• Communicate estimates to customers and insurers.
• Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to ensure accuracy.
