Job summary

Jobtailor in Denver seeks a senior leader to own the pre-charge off collections strategy and team performance. You will steer KPIs, refine processes, and drive improvements across dialer efficiency and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience in Consumer or B2B Collections.
• Experience in fintech, digital lending, or a customer-oriented bank.
• Expertise in building strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Ability to quickly resolve problems and adapt to changes with ease.
• Experience making data driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the US regulatory landscape for collections (FDCPA, state rules).
• Passion for AI and how to incorporate these technologies to better serve borrowers.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
