Job summary

Upgrade is seeking a Senior Collections Strategy Analyst to own analytics and strategy for post-charge-off and pre-charge-off recovery operations. You’ll build reporting infrastructure, testing frameworks, and collaborate with third-party agencies, dialer vendors, and DSCs to optimize performance.

You will lead the design of dialer experiments, develop quarterly reviews, and evolve digital communications while ensuring borrower experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in analytics/strategy in fintech or financial services.
• Experience with dialer strategy, agency management, or DSC/settlement programs.
• Strong SQL, dashboards in Tableau, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build a holistic analytics framework for the recovery program (debt sale, third-party outsourcing, DSC settlements).
• Design, test, and maintain dialer strategy for pre‑charge‑off accounts.
• Create and update quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for third-party agencies with KPIs.
• Own digital communications strategy across email, SMS, and AI voice channels.
• Track settlement performance with debt settlement companies (DSCs).
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Product to implement analyses.
