Job summary

Bread Financial seeks a Senior Manager of Collections Strategy & Analytics to lead governance and optimization of delinquent-portfolio strategies. You will manage a team of analysts and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations that align with risk, credit, and financial goals.

The role partners with Operations and Advanced Analytics to drive portfolio performance, forecasting, and cost-effective decisions across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics is required.
• 10–13 years of analytics or financial forecasting and/or credit risk analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, measurement, and evaluation of collection strategies across delinquent portfolios.
• Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Lead Analysts through coaching and performance management.
• Communicate strategy performance and analytics insights to senior leaders and executives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Advanced Analytics to align priorities with enterprise objectives.
