The candidate will support other products, assist in process improvements, and help manage the portfolio to protect the bank’s interests while ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Collection Specialist.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional interaction with customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing demands.

Responsabilidades

• Make collection calls to customers.
• Assist with daily Non-Post Report and related tasks.
• Lead projects and drive process evaluation and improvements.
• Maintain compliance with TCPA, FDCPA, SCRA, UDAAP, and OCC 2000-20.
