Qualifications

• 3+ years of AR collections and billing experience in construction or project-based industries.
• Experience with lien notices, lien waivers, retainage, and credit memo processing.
• Strong AR management and collections reporting background.
• Experience collaborating with operations, project management, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR collections activities and lien-related processes across active projects.
• Lead collections meetings and provide AR updates and cash forecasting information to leadership.
• Review, convert, and process billing and pro forma invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Partner with project managers and sales teams to resolve billing issues and accelerate collections; Maintain AR aging reports and supporting documentation.
