Job summary

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling frequent phone and email communication.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements professionally.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assigned accounts and follow up consistently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred experience: SAP.
• Preferred experience: HighRadius.
• Preferred experience: Credit/Collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and creditors by phone and email regarding outstanding payments.
• Act as a liaison between creditors and customers throughout the collections process.
• Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts.
• Initiate collection and recovery efforts on past-due accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
• Develop repayment plans to improve collections and payment recovery.
• Reconcile customer accounts and payment records.
• Maintain accurate account and collection activity records.
• Work effectively in a cubicle-based office environment.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a hybrid schedule of 2 work-from-home days per week.
