UPS in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a permanent Collections specialist to manage customer export billing, enhance cash flow, and minimize delinquencies. The role requires coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues and produce AR reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) preferred, strong MS Office skills, and prior collections experience.

• Provides excellent customer service.
• Responds to customer inquiries within required service level agreement.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and resolves complex issues delaying payment.
• Develops, creates, and analyzes collection and accounts receivable reports.
• Updates customer and other stakeholder information using various software programs.
• Monitors and maintains assigned customer accounts.
• Submits recommendations to write-off account balances.
