Nalley Consulting is seeking a Senior Collection Manager (Reports Officer) at Fort Meade, MD to oversee end-to-end intelligence reporting and ensure DoD/IC policy compliance. The role emphasizes HUMINT, source management, and data integrity across classified databases.

The candidate will supervise IIR processing, provide leadership on reporting policies, and develop operating instructions supporting command reporting initiatives. Strong Excel/Access skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience; 12 years in lieu of degree accepted.
• Graduate of a DoD or IC collection management/desk officer course required.
• Experience with HUMINT reporting, data management, and reporting oversight.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, coordinate, and publish IIRs per DoD/IC standards.
• Track metrics and prepare briefings for senior leadership.
• Maintain SOPs for collection management and source management.
• Advise on reporting policies, dissemination, and source updates.
• Consolidate reporting into IIR format to meet command needs.
• Manage data across classified databases using Excel and Access.
