Job summary

Peraton in Fort Meade seeks a Collection Manager specializing in Reports Officer functions to keep USCYBERCOM J2X's intelligence reporting pipeline running with precision.

You will own transforming raw intelligence into reviewed, coordinated IIR reports, track metrics, enforce SOPs, manage databases including Excel and Access, and brief senior leaders on policy developments affecting dissemination and source management.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 12+ years w/o a degree; or 10 years with AS/AA; or 8 years with BS/BA; or 6 years with MS/MA; or 3 years with PhD.
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD/IC Collection Management course or Desk Officer course.
• Working knowledge of HUMINT reporting processes, compliance requirements, and IC/DoD classification guidelines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis and using statistical packages.
• Ability to manage large amounts of data and manipulate data across databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and publish raw intelligence reports ensuring compliance with oversight policies.
• Review, edit, coordinate, and submit IIRs for release.
• Track and present intelligence reporting metrics to command and senior leadership.
• Inform senior leaders on policy developments affecting dissemination and source management.
• Establish and enforce SOPs for collection, reporting, and source management.
• Consolidate relevant intelligence into IIR format to meet command obligations.
• Maintain data across databases (Excel, Access) ensuring consistency.
• Compile monthly collection operation statistics and reporting.
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions for command-wide programs.
