Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a senior multi-intelligence collection management expert to support USCYBERCOM intelligence requirements, operations, and planning. The role emphasizes integrating SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT, and coordinating with DIA and IC partners to ensure effective collection alignment.

You will leverage modern tools and AI/ML capabilities to optimize collection processes, assess performance, and communicate findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 12 years of related experience or a related bachelor's with 17 years total experience.
• Experience in DoD/IC collection management preferred and Title 10/Title 50 ISR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate multi-discipline collection strategies across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT.
• Review and deconflict collection requirements with DIA and IC partners.
• Support deconfliction and collection management authorities for Cyber Mission Force operations.
