Job summary

Nalley Consulting, Llc is seeking a Senior Collection Manager (Multi-Int Collection Mgmt) at Fort Meade, MD. This role requires TS/SCI with CI poly, a Bachelor’s degree (or 12 years experience in lieu of degree), and extensive ISR planning experience.

You will develop collection strategies, align sensors and reporting with mission objectives, and collaborate with planners and analysts to optimize ISR coverage and decision advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience relevant to Collections Management.
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD or IC collection management course.
• On our team, you will assist in developing collection strategies, postures, and plans that help commanders and analysts close intelligence gaps and improve decision advantage.
• You will work closely with planners, analysts, and operations personnel to align sensors, platforms, and reporting mechanisms with mission objectives.
