Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience as a collection manager supporting military intelligence or cyberspace operations
• Experience in collaborating with collection management across the DoD or IC
• Experience with MOEs, MOPs, and producing feedback of findings
• Knowledge of USCYBERCOM, subordinate organizations’ structures, and related collection management authorities
• Knowledge of all-source collection management systems, databases, and processes
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD or IC Collection Management Course
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have and be capable of maintaining a DoD security clearance at the required level

Responsibilities

• Provides collection management (CM) expertise to enable collection requirements management, operations management, and multi-discipline strategies
• Demonstrates proficiency in collection disciplines and tools such as CHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, and GIMS
• Supports development and integration of multi-discipline collection strategies to meet intelligence needs
• Monitors strategies, provides feedback, and collaborates with analysts to adjust strategies and reporting
