Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience as a collection manager supporting military intelligence or cyberspace operations.
• Experience with DoD/IC collection management
• Knowledge of collection management tools and databases (CHROME, NSRP, POSTMAN, GIMS)
• Graduate of an in-residence DoD or IC Collection Management Course

Responsibilities

• Provides collection management expertise to enable requirements management and operational planning.
• Demonstrates proficiency in intelligence collection disciplines and related tools/databases.
• Supports development and integration of multi-discipline collection strategies.
• Monitors collection strategies, provides feedback, and collaborates with analysts to adjust strategies.
