Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a senior Collaboration Platform Principal Engineer to lead the Collaboration Service Engineering team and drive modernization of enterprise collaboration platforms. You will own design, implementation, and operation of CUCM, CER, SIP services, Webex, Microsoft Teams Voice, and related systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, telecommunications, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, voice, video, or telecommunications environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading engineering teams, technical organizations, or large-scale collaboration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational leadership for the Collaboration Service Engineering team.
• Establish service engineering standards, operational processes, service roadmaps.
• Lead a team of engineers responsible for the support, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration services.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents, complex technical challenges, and strategic decisions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic and operational ownership of enterprise collaboration technologies including CUCM, CER, SIP Services, Webex, Teams, and related platforms.
