This position leads the Collaboration Service Engineering team and serves as the senior technical authority for voice, video, trading communications, and unified collaboration services across the organization.This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive platform reliability, service innovation, engineering governance, and operational excellence.
