Job summary

Huntington Bank seeks a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage Teams in Microsoft 365, ensuring a secure, scalable collaboration platform for voice, video, messaging, and app integrations.

You will partner with infrastructure, security, networking, and automation teams to deliver a compliant, high-availability environment across hybrid and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 or collaboration platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 architecture.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Hands-on experience with Teams policies and governance; PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Teams environments in Microsoft 365.
• Administer Teams policies (messaging, meetings, voice, app setup, compliance) and lifecycle.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience across Teams workloads.
• Integrate Teams with third-party apps and internal systems; support Power Platform integrations.
• Monitor service health, investigate incidents, and maintain runbooks and documentation.
