Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer to design, implement, and optimize the Teams/365 ecosystem across hybrid and cloud environments. You will partner with infrastructure, security, and automation teams to deliver governance, compliance, and scalable collaboration capabilities for voice, video, messaging, and apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 or collaboration platform engineering.
• Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 architecture expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Teams environments in Microsoft 365.
• Administer Teams policies (messaging, meetings, voice, app setup, compliance).
• Manage Teams lifecycle (provisioning, classification, expiration, and archiving).
• Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience across Teams workloads.
• Support eDiscovery, legal hold, and auditing requirements.
