Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Collaboration & Network Engineer to support a leading organization within the defense and government technology sector. The Senior Collaboration & Network Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor responsible for enterprise collaboration platforms, network infrastructure, security initiatives, and critical communication systems within a highly secure environment.

Onsite 4 days a week at Scott AFB IL.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking and UC environments.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements involving enterprise networking, unified communications, security, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex routing, switching, voice, and collaboration technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize highly available network and communications solutions while driving operational excellence.
• Develop automation and orchestration solutions using APIs, scripting, and DevOps methodologies to increase efficiency.
• Mentor technical teams, create documentation, and deliver knowledge transfer for long-term customer success.
