Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Collaboration to lead hands-on engineering across Microsoft 365 services. You will own service health, drive major incidents, and mentor engineers within enterprise governance and architecture.

You will coordinate with security, Legal, and business stakeholders while delivering secure, reliable collaboration solutions across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in collaboration, messaging, or Microsoft 365 engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced expertise across Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, PowerShell, identity, security, compliance, monitoring, and integrations.
• Proven success improving service reliability, security, automation, and employee experience.
• Ability to distinguish implementation decisions from architecture and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations across Microsoft 365 services.
• Own service health, major-incident leadership, and escalation management.
• Implement governance, security, compliance, lifecycle, monitoring, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during delivery and service restoration.
• Mentor engineers and drive automation improvements.
