Sysco is seeking a Senior Manager, Microsoft Collaboration Services to own strategy, governance, and delivery of our Microsoft 365 collaboration platform stack. You will lead a global team of engineers and admins supporting Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Copilot readiness, aligning with Sysco’s technology strategy.

You will drive platform modernization, adoption, security, and governance while partnering with Infrastructure, Security, HR, Legal and business stakeholders

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and technology services.
• Experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 environments and collaboration platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and strategic technology roadmaps.
