Job summary

Emmi Roth is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead a three-shift refrigerated distribution operation at the Stoughton facility. You will drive safe, efficient material movement and inventory integrity while partnering with quality, procurement, and transportation teams.

You’ll apply Lean methods, supervise supervisors and hourly staff, and ensure DOT compliance and fleet coordination across shifts, with on-site leadership daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8–10+ years in logistics/warehousing/distribution; food/refrigerated experience preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple shifts; coaching and scheduling experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS, inventory control, dashboards, and data analysis.
• DOT compliance and fleet management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead three-shift refrigerated distribution operation; ensure safe, accurate, cost-effective movement of goods.
• Oversee staffing, routines, and processes for receiving, replenishment, picking, staging, loading, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, food safety, temperature compliance, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement via root-cause analysis, standard work, and Lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Quality, Food Safety, and Finance to align priorities.
