Emmi Roth is seeking a Forklift Operator/Order Picker for our Wisconsin refrigerated warehouse. You will load/unload, pick orders, stock and move products, and maintain accurate inventory while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications include forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), experience in food manufacturing or refrigerated environments, and strong attention to detail. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification required or to be completed
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility or refrigerated warehouse preferred
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow specifications
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in refrigerated environments
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload, move, and transport materials within the facility
• Safely stack and store materials to optimize space
• Complete routine forklift/equipment inspections
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage
• Pick orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Retrieve bulk pallets and prepare pallets for shipment
• Verify product quality and accuracy for orders
• Update warehouse management system with stock movements and counts
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Identify and report discrepancies or quality issues
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with receiving shipments
• Collaborate with team on ad-hoc tasks and packing operations
