Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. in Allenton, WI is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensure safe processes, maintain sanitation, and support customer requirements in a high-volume warehouse.

You will direct warehouse leads and staff, manage inventory accuracy, and drive improvements while upholding our Midwest Values. A high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred; RF inventory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience operating forklift or pallet jack.
• Experience supervising teams in a warehouse environment (preferred).
• Experience with RF controlled inventory systems (preferred).
• Experience handling food products (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Regular punctual attendance is required.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and food defense training adherence.
• Operate and supervise material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain clean work areas and inventory accuracy.
• Direct the work activities of warehouse staff and leads; train employees.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and coaching; monitor performance.
