Job summary

Emmi Roth is seeking an experienced driver to transport finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing and distribution locations in Wisconsin. You will ensure cargo is secured, perform inspections, and maintain accurate records while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include route planning, on-time deliveries, and collaboration with dispatch and operations teams. A CDL and DOT medical certification are required, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL with air brake qualification; no L or Z restriction.
• Class B CDL for box truck; Class A CDL for semi-truck.
• DOT medical certificate and medical qualification to operate CMV.
• Ability to lift and move items, climb into trailers, and operate basic equipment.
• Experience in shipping/distribution/warehouse/trucking setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials between facilities and distribution centers.
• Secure cargo and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Document driving logs and input data into dispatch systems.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Attend meetings and participate in safety initiatives.
