Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a Benefit Reconciliation Specialist to ensure the accuracy and compliance of benefits data across systems and carriers. You will reconcile transactions, investigate discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records while partnering with COBRA/Direct Bill teams and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with system reporting outputs requiring Excel comparisons, audits, and analysis.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in systems-heavy environments with trackers and case management.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial records, vendor invoices, and transaction data to ensure payment integrity.
• Support audits and inquiries with clear, accurate written and verbal responses.
• Organize and prioritize multiple assignments to meet turnaround times.
• Maintain enrollment forms, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.
• Provide cross-functional support during workload fluctuations.
• Develop and utilize advanced Excel tools to track and validate data.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries on reconciliation data.
• Meet established performance standards and SLAs.
• Safeguard sensitive information and ensure confidentiality.
• Suggest automation or efficiency improvements in processes.
• Learn new processes and take ownership of assigned tasks.
