Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Superintendent for coating projects in Wyoming. The role manages on-site activities, coordinates craft supervision, and ensures safety, schedule, and budget adherence on large construction sites. Experience leading multiple trades and proficiency with job costing and scheduling tools is required.

Willingness to travel ~75% and a valid license are essential. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial and commercial construction.
• 5+ years as a General Superintendent overseeing multiple craft trades.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training completed.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen and keep critical activities on track.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Produce cost-based estimates for RFPs and related tasks.

Education

Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred

8+ years construction experience (industrial & commercial)

5+ years as General Superintendent

OSHA safety training completed

Travel availability 75%+

Valid driver’s license with clean record
