Garney is seeking a Senior Coating Technician to manage day-to-day field tasks with minimal supervision and to train technicians and laborers. This role requires hands-on leadership of a crew, execution of coatings and tests, and collaboration with field leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-performance coating applications.
• Trains others to abrasive blast, water blast, injection grouting, coatings, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Identify where and when to perform blasting, coatings, testing.
• Lead and coach team during STAC meetings.
• Communicate effectively with Foreman & Superintendent.
• Lead laborers and technicians when required.
• Assess conditions and determine corrective action.
