Qualifications

• Bachelor's in coastal, environmental, or civil engineering with emphasis on coastal/water resources.
• PE license required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of coastal engineering consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage coastal projects (beach nourishment, shoreline stabilization, dredging, restoration).
• Lead project management including budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee subcontractors.
• Coordinate client meetings with regulatory personnel and other parties.
• Drive work plans, data evaluation, and report writing.
• Ensure safety, and travel as required.
