Job summary

InStride Health seeks a Senior Manager of Coaching Operations & Academy to drive efficient workflows, training programs, and analytics across the Coaching Department. You will lead an operational, workflow, and training function in alignment with Coaching Leadership, partnering with Product and Technology to integrate AI tools.

You will supervise an operational lead, oversee the Coaching Academy onboarding, and develop scalable training paths for coaches and managers, while ensuring HIPAA

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive people management and operational leadership experience within a digital health, behavioral coaching, or care delivery environment.
• Collaborative leadership within a Coaching Leadership Team, aligning priorities across teams.
• Translate operational frameworks into training materials, onboarding programs, and learning resources.
• Data-driven decision making using dashboards, utilization metrics, and performance trends.
• Foundational knowledge of youth and family support and evidence-based behavior change models.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate departmental priorities into structured workflows to reduce administrative friction and improve care delivery efficiency.
• Oversee the Coach Training Academy and onboarding pipeline to ensure readiness and transition to independent practice.
• Develop learning pathways, skill tracks, and leadership development frameworks.
• Identify skill gaps and inform scalable training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
• Maintain data tools and dashboards to track performance trends and inform decisions.
• Partner with Product and Technology to prioritize AI, automation, and data visualization to reduce admin burden.
