Job summary

Future is seeking a Health Coach to guide members from onboarding through milestones in a remote, coach-led health experience that blends AI insights with human expertise. You will deliver high-touch coaching across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, using member data to inform personalized plans.

You will work as a 1099 contractor, coordinate with the clinical team, and support a diverse member population in a dynamic, evolving program.

Qualifications

• Health coaching certification covering behavior-change theory, motivational interviewing, reflective listening, and foundational nutrition.
• Associate's degree or higher or equivalent path to coaching certification.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Proven high-volume caseload management.
• Comfort working with diverse member population.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience synthesizing health data from nutrition apps and wearables.
• Personal-training or strength credential (CSCS; NASM, ACE, ACSM CPT, or similar).
• Nutrition-coaching certification such as Precision Nutrition.
• Advanced degree in exercise science, physiology, kinesiology, or related field.
• Clinical collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Experience with luxury clientele.
• Distinct coaching specialty (e.g., performance, postpartum, pelvic-floor).
• Startup-like experience in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own a member caseload end-to-end from onboarding to milestones.
• Coach via live sessions and messaging, keeping guidance warm and clear.
• Create personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Focus on coaching the person, not just the plan, using motivational interviewing.
• Contextualize health data into actionable daily steps.
• Track progress and celebrate behavioral wins, not just metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to evolve the program.
