Job summary

InStride Health seeks a Senior Manager of Data to lead data engineering and data science, shaping data strategy and ensuring reliable data pipelines. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand data needs, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and advance predictive models in a fully remote setting.

You will work across the Analytics and Product teams to enable scalable insights, define data quality standards, and uphold privacy and security for healthcare data.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering, data science, or data architecture teams.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with cloud data platforms.
• Healthcare/insurance data experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineers and data scientists to deliver high-quality data pipelines and insights.
• Oversee data warehousing strategy with Snowflake to support use cases.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Product teams to enable scalable insights in Looker.
• Define data governance, security, and compliance practices.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for data engineering and data science.
