David, a breakout consumer foods brand in New York, seeks Senior Analysts and Associates to join the Contract Manufacturing Team. You will own relationships with co-manufacturing partners, driving performance, cost, yield, and throughput to support rapid growth.

This role requires rigorous analytics, strong relationship management, and a high ownership mindset. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to allocate resources and execute initiatives that improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key co-manufacturing partners, serving as the primary contact for performance and escalations.
• Lead performance reviews and quarterly business reviews with clear metrics and accountability.
• Own manufacturing KPIs such as throughput, yield, cost per pound, and quality metrics.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with Planning and cross-functional teams to support David's growth through capacity planning.
• Build models and tools to visualize performance and inform production allocation decisions.
