David seeks Senior Analysts and Associates to join its Contract Manufacturing Team in New York. You will own relationships with co-manufacturing partners, drive operational performance, and influence growth and profitability through data-driven decisions.

You will build analytical models, lead reviews, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring cost, yield, and service targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key co-manufacturing partners and serve as primary point of contact for performance, priorities, risks, and escalations.
• Lead performance reviews and quarterly business reviews with clear metrics, owners, and accountability.
• Own manufacturing KPIs including attainment, OTIF, RFT, throughput, yield, scrap, cost per pound, quality, and complaints.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify gaps, quantify opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, yield, quality, service, and cost with co-manufacturers.
• Develop understanding of partner capabilities, constraints, processes, and unit economics to inform production allocation and investment decisions.
• Partner with Planning to evaluate short- and long-term capacity requirements, ensuring the manufacturing network can reliably and economically support David's growth.
• Represent manufacturing partners internally, clearly communicating capabilities, constraints, risks, and financial tradeoffs to drive effective decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, Procurement, Finance, Fulfillment, and Commercialization to execute operational priorities and product launches.
• Build analytical models, reporting, and decision-making tools to create visibility, evaluate opportunities, and drive manufacturing performance.
• Lead high-impact operational and strategic initiatives from problem definition and financial analysis through execution, with clear ownership for results.
