Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC machining experience.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to edit G-Code and M-Code.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operators working on complex multi-axis CNC equipment.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery goals are achieved.
• Monitor workflow, efficiency, scrap rates, and production metrics.
• Communicate production challenges and staffing needs to leadership.
• Partner with production planning teams to manage workflow priorities.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Conduct performance feedback and support employee development initiatives.
• Perform hands‑on CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and maintain a safe work environment.
