• 2+ years CNC machining experience.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to edit G-Code and M-Code.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will haveexperience in G-code/M-code editing, machine setup, troubleshooting, roll changes, blueprint reading, precision measurements, and strong math skills. Leadership experience preferred.

Job Title: CNC Team Lead

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: $31.00-$32.00/hour

Shift: Multiple shifts available
