Qualifications

• 5+ years in a CNC machine shop environment.
• Experience with multi-axis turn-mill machining and horizontal/turn-mill centers.
• Experience with Mazak, Mazatrol, DMG Mori, CELOS, Mitsubishi or similar controls.
• Able to read blueprints and apply GD&T.
• Knowledge of G-code programming and machining fundamentals.
• Experience holding tight tolerances on precision components.
• Commitment to safety, quality, standard work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide team in setup and operation of Mazak and DMG Mori multi-axis centers.
• Support robot-integrated turn-mill systems to improve productivity and safety.
• Operate horizontal machining centers with pallet pool systems for efficient production flow.
• Complete tooling setup, offsets, fixtures, and adjustments.
• Monitor machining performance and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Set expectations for safety, 5S, schedule compliance, output, and resource use.
