Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Programmer in Montgomery, IL to develop and optimize CNC programs for lathes and mills, supporting machining operations, process improvements, and new product development.

The role requires strong machining background, excellent programming skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and improve a wide variety of CNC operations. 1st shift.

Formación

• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Develop, edit and maintain CNC programs for lathes and machining centers.
• Macro programming when required and program optimization.
• Collaborate with supervisors to schedule and prioritize programming work.

Responsabilidades

• Read, interpret engineering drawings to create machining programs.
• Create and optimize G-code for CNC lathes and mills using Mastercam or similar CAM software.
• Troubleshoot and improve CNC programs, tooling, and machining methods.
• Support shop operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
