Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator for 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) in Addison, IL. You will run repeat parts of low to intermediate complexity under supervision, ensuring quality and timely production. Starting pay is $25 per hour and you will follow documented procedures and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes accurate measurement, routine inspections, and adherence to shop practices to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

Formación

• 0-2 years’ experience
• Ability to speak basic English language
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC lathe to run repeat parts with low to intermediate complexity.
• Join and label materials, perform in-process inspections and ensure accurate paperwork with routers.
• Notify supervision of any discrepancies or malfunctions.
• Keep machines, tooling and workspace clean and in good production condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for environmental health and safety.
